OREHOVEC KIŠ ŠIMUNOVIĆ is a boutique law firm providing domestic and international clients with legal support tailored to their specific needs, businesses and objectives.

OREHOVEC KIŠ ŠIMUNOVIĆ is a limited liability law firm established in 2012 as the institutional continuation of the professional collaboration between Tomislav Orehovec and his partners, which began with the establishment of their joint legal practice in 2005.

As the practice developed and new partners joined, the firm gradually expanded its team and areas of expertise while preserving a direct and personal relationship with its clients. Following changes in its ownership structure, the firm changed its name to Orehovec, Vinter, Kiš, Šimunović in 2018 and has operated under its present name, OREHOVEC KIŠ ŠIMUNOVIĆ, since 2026.

Today, we operate as a boutique law firm combining the knowledge and experience of our partners with the energy, commitment and fresh perspective of our younger lawyers. Our structure allows us to approach every mandate personally, assemble a team suited to the specific matter and maintain direct communication with the client throughout the engagement.

A personal approach is at the heart of our work. We give each matter our direct attention and ensure that clients have immediate access to the lawyers responsible for their mandate. We assemble each team according to the requirements of the particular project, transaction or dispute, ensuring efficient collaboration, clear responsibility and consistent quality of service.

We advise and represent clients in complex transactions, projects and disputes, as well as in matters arising from their day-to-day business operations. Our principal areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, and real estate and construction.

The majority of our clients are domestic and international companies operating across a broad range of industries, including retail, banking, financial services and insurance, utilities, oil and energy, construction, hospitality, automotive and telecommunications.

We provide ongoing legal support to some of Croatia’s largest companies. Our clients also include local government authorities, public bodies and other institutions.

At the same time, we approach every client and every mandate individually, ensuring the direct involvement of the lawyers responsible for the matter and solutions tailored to the client’s specific business objectives.
