PROFILE
Martina Šimunović Lepoša has been a partner in the Law Firm since 2013. As team member and leader, she mostly advises and represents clients from the banking and finance sector with regard to insurance, restructuring and loan repayment issues. Martina advises financial institutions and other clients on the restructuring and collection of their claims, representing clients in complex pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, litigation and enforcement proceedings. She likewise provides clients regular legal assistance from the field of contract law, real estate and labour relations rights, and participates in dispute resolution procedures. Martina is named as recommended lawyer for Banking and Finance in the Legal500.
