PROFILE

Krešimir Kiš has been a partner in the Law Firm since 2013. He advises clients in all commercial law matters, with special experience in contractual matters, mostly in the industrial branches of construction and automotive industry. Krešimir has extensive experience in real estate transactions and property development and as a member and team leader he participated in a number of complex real estate and construction projects. He was also successful in resolving all kinds of commercial and bankruptcy law disputes, and market competition issues as well. Krešimir is named as recommended lawyer for Real Estate and Construction and for Banking and Finance in the Legal500. In the IFLR1000 he is named as rising star in Restructuring and Insolvency.
