PROFILE
Tomislav Orehovec is one of the founders of the practice in 2005. In his work as a team leader, he advises Croatian and foreign companies in different complex projects and business transactions, especially from the banking and financial sector and utility services. His practice is focused on structuring the high-end corporate law projects and cross-border transactions. Tomislav has an extensive experience in finance and complex M&A transactions, as well as in restructuring and bankruptcy issues. He passed the bankruptcy trustee exam in 2011 and is listed in the register of certified bankruptcy trustees. He is the author of expert papers from the field of corporate and commercial law. Tomislav is named in the Legal500 as recommended lawyer for Banking and Finance, and for Commercial, Corporate and M&A as well. In the IFLR1000 Tomislav is named as highly regarded in M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency.
